    Our Superior Double Room was nice and comfy. The bed and pillows were really great, and we loved the view over Siena. The room was a bit small, but the vibe felt royal, like being in a palace. Lots of cool amenities, like complimentary water and nice robes. But breakfast service was a bit lacking, felt a little rushed and unfriendly.

    The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I loved the wine experience. The cellar had a charming ambiance that added to our visit. The food in the lobby restaurant was good.

    Very Central. The staff were very friendly and helpful, probably the best I have experienced in Europe.

    Impossible to get there by car unless you know where you are going. You have to either park some distance away and carry your luggage to the Hotel or you drive through small pedestrian walkways with angry tourists telling you not to ride there. You are also forced to pay an insane amount for using the Hotels parking while you are there
